About the Wine: Les Chataigniers is a Mâcon-Fuissé bottling from the southern Burgundy limestone country around Fuissé. It delivers exactly what good Mâconnais Chardonnay should: ripe enough to feel generous, but still bright, stony, and refreshing.

Tasting Notes: Citrus, yellow apple, pear, white flowers, fresh mint, flint, and a touch of spice. The palate is clean and mineral-driven, with enough texture to feel satisfying and enough acidity to stay crisp.
