STATE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship to *MOST* US states. At this time we are unable to ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Michigan, Mississippi, South Dakota and Utah. Please check back periodically for updates as we expand our footprint. We do NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes.
We only sell and deliver wine to persons 21 years of age and older. By placing an order through our website, you are representing yourself as at least 21 years of age. You must present a valid ID at the time of delivery.
CARRIER AND DELIVERY TIMES
Wine shipments are shipped UPS or FedEx ground. At the current time, we ship all wines in Styrofoam with an ice pack to help preserve the wine during these warmer summer months. Packages should be received on the first delivery attempt to ensure that your wine is stored in the proper temperature. Our carriers may make two additional attempts to deliver your order. After the third attempt it will be held at the warehouse. Spiro Wines does not take responsibility for failed delivery attempts and the resulting heat or temperature issues with the delivered wine.
If you need expedited shipping service please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we can provide this service to you at an extra charge.
Spiro Wines strives to process and ship orders within 5 business days if received before 12pm EST. If placed after 12 p.m. EST the order will not be processed until the following business day. We do not process or ship on non-business days or holidays.
