Critical Acclaim: 90 pts James Suckling.
About the Wine: This Riserva is the winery’s finest. After 5 years of aging the Barolo can be considered a “Riserva”: we select our Barolo Riserva, which will be best after 15-22 years of aging, exclusively from barrels with a greater aging potential.
Tasting Notes: "Ripe berries with some tanned leather on the nose. Medium-bodied with intense, savory and ripe red-berry character to the palate. The tight tannins still exert some grip. But pretty simple really."- James Suckling.
Varietal: Nebbiolo.
