About the Champagne House: The small Forget-Brimont house that produces this Blanc de Blanc uses only the best Chardonnay grapes which are manually-harvested from their own vines in Chigny les Roses, Ludes, Sermiers and Mailly. Located on Montagne de Reims’ northern flanks, these vineyards have a cool microclimate which gives the Champagne a vivacious acidity and mouthwatering freshness.
