Winemaker Tasting Notes: "Nemesis embraces the elegance of Paso Robles Syrah. A luxurious blend, this wine is full and round with dark blackberry flavors balanced with hints of oak. A rich savory nose draws you in with smoked pork, Worcestershire, burning sage and flowering rosemary. It takes a smooth ride across your tongue, layering sandalwood, iron, fire and mulberries. Drink before 2027 with a one to two hour decant, or age through 2042.."

Serving Suggestion: Kansas-style bbq short ribs, picanha or brazilian culotte steak, creamy chickpeas and prosciutto.

Varietal: 88% Syrah, 7% Grenache and 5% Mourvedre.
