About the Winery: Inama began in 1965 when Giuseppe Inama started acquiring vineyards in the heart of Soave Classico. The family’s white wines focus on the distinctive character of the area’s volcanic soils.

About the Wine: Foscarino is made from Garganega grown on old vines, between 10 and 75 years of age, rooted in volcanic basalt. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, large casks and seasoned French oak barriques, followed by six months of bâtonnage.

Tasting Notes: Wildflowers, elderflower, iris and chamomile meet crushed green apple, nectarine and citrus. The palate is rich and layered yet bright, with salty minerals, crisp acidity and an almond-toned finish.

Serving Suggestion: Serve chilled with seafood risotto, grilled branzino, roast chicken, vegetable pasta or young cheeses.
