About the Winery: Peter and Ulrich Griebeler are the family behind Weingut Heinrichshof in Germany’s Mosel valley. Their Rieslings show the interplay of ripe fruit and the freshness drawn from the region’s steep slate slopes.

About the Wine: The 2025 comes from the steep Devonian-slate slopes of Zeltinger Himmelreich. Peter Griebeler ferments with native yeasts in stainless steel and oak cask, then rests the wine on its lees for six months before bottling under screw cap.

Tasting Notes: Peach, pear and apricot meet a hint of wildflowers. Light-bodied and delicately sweet, this Kabinett is kept lively by bright acidity and a slate-like finish.

Serving Suggestion: Serve well chilled as an aperitif or with lightly spicy Asian dishes, seafood or roast poultry.
