About the Wine: Cantina Valle Isarco, also known as Eisacktal, works in Alto Adige's mountain vineyards. This Lagrein follows the classic South Tyrol DOC tradition, grown at roughly 350-450 meters on gravelly, fertile porphyry alluvial soils, then fermented on skins in stainless steel with aging on fine lees in large oak.

Serving Suggestion: Pair with braised beef, grilled sausages, roasted mushrooms, speck, aged cheeses or hearty tomato-based dishes.
