About the Wine: The 2022 Estate Chardonnay comes from Eden Rift’s Cienega Valley vineyard. Whole clusters were pressed before indigenous-yeast barrel fermentation; the wine spent 17 months in French oak, 14% new, and completed malolactic fermentation.

Winemaker's Tasting Notes: Ripe Anjou pear, Golden Delicious apple and a touch of pineapple meet chalky freshness, creamy texture and restrained vanilla and baking spice.
