About the Wine: The 2022 Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon brings the vintage’s generous ripeness together with the savory intensity and firm structure associated with its mountain origin.

Tasting Notes: Dried herbs, menthol, licorice, incense and blood orange lead into an unusually lush palate. A firm beam of tannin shapes the harmonious, expressive finish.

Serving Suggestion: Decant for one to two hours and serve at cellar temperature with ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs or aged cheddar.
