About the Winery: Domaine Bachelet-Ramonet has been based in Chassagne-Montrachet for four generations. Alain Bonnefoy now leads the family estate, farming ideally situated vineyards around Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet and producing elegant, balanced wines with increasing concentration.

About the Wine: Les Caillerets is a Premier Cru Chassagne-Montrachet from the 2024 vintage. It is estate bottled, and the domaine matures its white wines in oak casks for 14 to 16 months. Alcohol is 13%.

Tasting Notes: A refined, floral and cellar-worthy white Burgundy with the clean, precise profile that defines the estate. Chardonnay richness is balanced by fresh acidity, polished texture and a mineral finish.

Serving Suggestion: Serve at 50–55°F. Pair with roast chicken, lobster, scallops, creamy fish dishes or aged Comté.
