About the Wine: The Pouilly-Fuissé Appellation produces exclusively white wines from the Chardonnay grape variety in only 5 communes: Chaintré, Fuissé, Solutré-Pouilly and Vergisson. The expressions of its terroirs are multiple: the clay-limestone soil, nuanced from one plot to another by clayey marl or stony soils, gives rise to rich wines with a well-established typicity.
