About the Winery: In Sancerre, our vines are planted on around thirty plots on the three major Sancerre terroirs and exclusively on south- and southeast-facing slopes. On 50% caillottes, 40% white earth and 10% flint terroirs, our Sancerre wines are representative of the typical diversity of the Sancerre vineyard. The harvest is carried out by hand. Labeled organic since 2016, working methods referring to biodynamics also guide our farming practices.
Winemaker's Tasting Notes: Expression of the Pinot Noir on a subtle rose wine, thanks to the Sancerrois Sancerre. Sensitive to environmental concerns and a passion for quality, the Domaine no longer use weed killers on the farm and has been cultivating its vineyards organically since 2013 and labeled organic since 2016.
