About the Wine: Our Sauvignon Blanc holds a special place in the hearts of the Tate family. Our first ever harvest of our Sauvignon Blanc was on the morning of September 16, 2019, where we found ourselves not only picking our first fruit but also celebrating the arrival of our first son Nolan, our harvest baby. This beautiful Sauvignon Blanc spent a month in neutral oak followed by just over five months in stainless steel. It is a lively, fresh wine to be enjoyed chilled in its youth.
