About the Winery: Château Ollieux Romanis is located in the heart of the Pinada massif in the Corbières region. This estate, steeped in history, has experienced many ups and downs, including a split into two separate entities. When the Bories family took over the estate in 1978, that was still the case, but in 2006, after 134 years of separation, they managed to buy back the “missing” part and thus recreate the original vineyard. Today, it includes 65 hectares of certified organic vineyards spread over numerous plots and rich, diverse soil. Managed by the dynamic Pierre Bories, it not only offers a wide variety of wines, but also has a thousand ideas for revitalizing the Corbières region. Here you can find everything from entry-level to high profile wines, so don’t miss out on them.
Varietal: 50% grenache gris, 40% grenache noir and 10% cinsault.
