Winemaker Tasting Notes: Its bouquet slowly unfolds, with a generous abundance of cherry, blackberry and plum jam, black cherry syrup and balsamic nuances. It is completed with hints of menthol and anise, giving breath to the spice of cocoa and cinnamon, combined with candied citrus peel, potpourri, mineral nuances and currants. Soft and structured on the palate, the wine develops supported by tension and freshness, characterised by a pleasant savoury note and enveloping tannin. This perfect balance makes its flavour long-lasting and memorable.
