Fratelli Giacosa 'Vigna Mandorlo' Scarrone Barolo 2012

Critical Acclaim: 92 pts James Suckling.

Winemaker's Tasting Notes: The color is ruby red and changes with age to a garnet red. The bouquet is ample and persistent, flowery with hints of rose, complex with leather and tar. The taste is dry and full bodied, well proportioned and even velvety.

"Pretty floral and coffee character with plenty of berry and hazelnut skin character. Full body, round tannins and a flavorful finish. Drink now or hold."- James Suckling.

Varietal: Nebbiolo.
