Winemaker's Tasting Notes: The 2018 vintage of Trailside Vineyard is the quintessential expression of Rutherford terroir. Red fruit reminiscent of raspberry, ripe cherry, and tart plum are complemented by the vineyard's distinct sage, thyme, and rosemary aromatic complexities. The texture of this wine tells the story of the vintage with soft yet pronounced tannins and a lingering finish.
