Tasting Notes: "The Sta Rita Hills Cuvée bottling rounds the edges of the vibrant Chardonnays from Racines with a lushness of ripe fruit and a creamy touch of oak—honeysuckle and lemon curd aromatics, with dried white wildflowers and fresh linen. Round sweet citrus on the palate is accented by fresh tarragon, a touch of toasted almond and a concentrated beeswax finish."- Decanter. 

"A blend of Wenzlau, La Rinconada and Bentrock aged in a mixture of barrique and puncheon, the 2021 Chardonnay Sta. Rita Hills Cuvée is fresh, tangy and flinty on the nose. About the Wine: Racines is a collaboration between two classic houses from France, led by Etienne de Montille and Brian Sieve of Burgundy, Rodolphe Peters of Champagne, and Justin Willett of Santa Barbara. The team came together to join their individual experiences in hand-crafting wines of purity and transparency to create a range of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the cool climate of the Sta. Rita Hills in California.
