Winemaker Tasting Notes: Chateau Simone white wines are superbly elegant. In their young years they offer a wonderful golden colour with flavours that combine floral and fruity notes with a fine woody touch. They boast exceptional keeping potential. Adorning a golden hue as they mature they progressively acquire a nose that is both potent and delicate.

"Generous yet sophisticated with aromas of hazelnuts, clotted cream, orange curd and pears. Some cardamom, clove and white chocolate, too. It’s full-bodied with a deliciously buttery, toasty yet fresh palate. Long and spicy finish. Drink now or hold."- James Suckling.
