About the Wine: Cuvée de Réserve is a non-vintage Blanc de Blancs Brut from Grand Cru villages, led by Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and complemented by fruit from Oger, Cramant and Avize. A substantial proportion of reserve wines adds depth; the producer gives a dosage of 6–7 g/L. Individual base years and disgorgements vary.
Winemaker's Tasting Notes: White flowers, pear, citrus and green apple meet almond and fresh bread, with a fine mousse and a persistent, lightly saline finish.
