About the Wine: Frederic Savart's focused champagnes from the Montagne de Reims have become legendary on their own, but this newest project takes it to the next level, heading south to the chalky soils of the Côte de Blancs, where Chardonnay rules, collaborating with Champagne Dremont. The 2018 "Éphémère" Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs comprises old vine Chardonnay from Avize, Cramant, and Oger with 2 g/l of dosage, keeping the mineral thread front and center.
