Weingut Karl Schaefer Riesling Trocken 2023

Winemaker's Tasting Notes: Very puristic, spicy-mineral Riesling with very present acidity and powerful mouthfeel. Light yellow. Robust aroma, concentrated and still somewhat closed. On the nose, mirabelles, tart pears and just ripe peaches. Plus spicy notes of a little tea and fresh meadow herbs. Intense and concentrated in the mouth with a clearly dry character and a noticeable, slightly green acidity. Very spicy on the palate with subtle yellow fruit and a decent mineral pressure in the aftertaste.
