Critical Acclaim: 90 pts Decanter. Decanter World Wine Awards silver medal.
About the Wine: Produced from selected, old Mavrodaphne vineyards on sandy clay soils. Our small and concentrated grapes are fermented as naturally as possible, with long skin extractions and are being aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Winemaker Tasting Notes: Its exuberant character develops even more while its denatured tannins offer a harmonious and complete feeling. Fresh inks give way to spicy notes, herbal and herbal aromas stand out and the mouth is filled with black fruit, sage and bitter chocolate.
Decanter Tasting Notes: Wild and gamey, with green pepper notes. Luscious fruit palate and grippy tannins with lingering complex finish.
Varietal: Mavrodaphne.
