Winemaker Tasting Notes: The 2016 Meyer Cabernet Sauvignon has a rich, dark color that embodies the characteristics of a round and ripe, young Cabernet. The nose has aromas of sweet chocolate, blackberry, and elements of sweet pipe tobacco, cigar and cedar. With pretty vanilla oak and some licorice notes, the palate has an exotic, expanding finish.
