1847 Michael Pozzan Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Winemaker Tasting Notes: The 2020 vintage of the 1847 Cabernet is a gorgeous example of why Napa Valley is synonymous with Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose is bursting with aromas of creme de cassis, saddle leather, and fine black tea. In the mouth the wine is dense and concentrated, with flavors of black curry, pipe tobacco, and black currant in a broad matrix of rich and creamy tannins. The finish dances with flavors of mocha, cardamom, and cinnamon.

Serving Suggestion: Seared filet mignon served with garlicky broccolini and crispy roasted potatoes.
